Composing with Brass Band Soloists (Fracture Sounds) | Composing Live! Ep. 143

Hello again,

Tomorrow, I'd like to review a relatively new library that I discovered called Brass Band Soloists from Fracture Sounds. I've really been impressed by the superb tone quality and scripting that makes this one of the most convincing virtual instruments I've heard so far. Perfect for anyone writing for solo brass or brass band. I'll spend a couple of hours tomorrow to write an original track with it. This will happen Thursday, 8pm MDT April 17, 2025.

See you there!

Hi Reader, As we are getting closer to Christmas, I thought it would be fun to cover a soundtrack from one of my favorite movies, Home Alone 2: Lost In New York. I find the opening titles to be very appropriate and challenging to cover. This will happen tonight, Thursday, 8pm MST December 11, 2025. Hope to see you there!
